• Available as from 24 hours until 1 hour before departure
• Passengers must be present at the boarding gate no later than the time specified on boarding pass.
• The boarding pass must be printed before you arrive at the airport.

• Passengers travelling on other carriers
• Children under the age of 12 travelling alone (except Italy: children under the age of 18 years old) 
• Passengers travelling with infants (under the age of 2)
• Passengers with special requests
• Limited to groups of maximum 9 persons
